Everything you need to know about Hurley Village Hall
Main Hall
The exposed beams and vaulted ceiling make an attractive setting for any event.
Measurements: 18.5m long x 5.4m wide
Capacity: 80-100 people can be accommodated in the main hall using theatre-style seating, or 60-80 people seated at tables, cabaret-style.
Heating: Central heating is provided throughout the building at appropriate times of the year.
Lighting: The double-glazed windows on the southern aspect provide plenty of natural light. All windows have blinds fitted, providing suitable conditions for media presentations. Lighting is provided at high level when required.
WiFi: There is WiFi throughout the village hall.
Meeting Room
Ideal for smaller functions, business meetings, training sessions or for local group get-togethers.
Measurements: 6.0m x 4.8m.
Capacity: Up to 20 people.
Heating: Central heating is provided throughout the building at appropriate times of the year.
WiFi: There is WiFi throughout the village hall.
Kitchen
The kitchen is situated next to the bar area and is equipped with:

Bar Area
The bar area is at the Eastern end of the main hall and adjacent to the kitchen. The seating area, which can take up to three 1.2 metre round tables with comfortable padded chairs, provides an ideal space for meeting and greeting people as they arrive.
The bar has a large fridge/freezer and sufficient space for displaying and storing liquid refreshments for your event. If you wish to sell alcohol you will need to apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead. The cost is in the region of £20.
Equiptment Available
Crockery:
You may choose to do your own catering or use external caterers for your event. Either way the use of our crockery is included in the hire charge. There are cups, plates and cutlery for approximately 80 people, but please check stocks when viewing the hall, to be certain your needs can be met.
Tables & Chairs:
The use of tables and chairs is included in your hire charge. We have:

10 rectangular tables (approx. 1.8m x 0.8m) that can accommodate up to 8 people per table

3 round tables (approx. 1.2m diameter) that will seat 6 per table
-
100 comfortable upholstered chairs.
Other Information
Parking
There are a number of spaces on the Village Hall site. There is also free parking in Hurley High Street in the designated areas.
Accessibility
Wheelchair access is located at the Western end of the main hall.
Lavatories
Lavatories for men, women and differently abled people, together with baby changing facility, are located off the entrance hall.
WiFi
There is WiFi available throughout the village hall. No login required.
No Smoking or Vaping
A “No Smoking” policy operates throughout the site, failure to adhere to it will forfeit deposit monies.
