About the Pantomime
Hurley Pantomime

Hurley Pantomime is one of the village’s longest-running traditions. Pantomime has been performed in Hurley for more than 60 years, with generations of residents contributing both on stage and behind the scenes.
Each year, the show is staged in Hurley Village Hall in early December, continuing a community-led tradition that brings together families, friends, and visitors for a proper village night out.
Over the years, productions have included titles such as Aladdin (2000), Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (2006), The Wizard of Oz (2008), Beauty and the Beast (2015 and 2023), Cinderella (2024) and Alice in Wonderland (2025).
New joiners are always welcome, on and off stage!
You do not need experience to get involved. New joiners are welcome, whether you want to perform or prefer to support the production. Help is often needed with props, costumes, stage build and break-down, make-up, front of house, catering, lighting, sound, special effects, backdrop painting, and more.
Rehearsals
Rehearsals run on Tuesday evenings from September until early December at 7:30pm in Hurley Village Hall.
