Hurley Village Hall
Hurley Village Hall is available for hire throughout the year, and the flexible facilities make it suitable for a range of events and functions. We are home to many regular groups such as yoga & pilates, local interest groups and meetings.
The hall is also popular for events such as children’s parties, family celebrations, wedding receptions, christenings & naming ceremonies, wakes, dances, theatre productions and craft fairs.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate teenage or young adult parties.

Built in facilities for self-catering or to bring in external caterers. Crockery and cutlery are provided.
With a large fridge and sufficient space for displaying and storing liquid refreshments for your event.
*In order to sell alcohol within our bar area you will need to apply for a Temporary Event Notice.
Our Facilities
About Hall Hire
Hurley Village Hall is available for hire throughout the year for your event between 9am and 11pm. When you hire our facility you will have the use of both the hall and the meeting room. The price is the same whether you are using either or both.
Entertainment and events must finish by 11pm.
Outdoor Space and Private Car Park
There is a small grassed area accessed from the main hall and adjacent to the car park which you are welcome to use. However, due to the proximity of local residents, there is strictly no music to be played outside the hall. Similarly, we cannot allow bouncy castles or catering barbeques. You are welcome to have a small private or domestic barbecue.
Please respect our neighbours when using this area.

Charges
The facility is bookable for a minimum of 2 hours, and the following rates apply.
Monday - Thursday £15 per hour
Friday - Sunday £18 per hour
A weekend wedding rate of £500 is available from 1 PM Friday to 1 PM Sunday. Please contact the booking team on
hurleyvillagehall@gmail.com to discuss your requirements.
The price includes hire of the main hall, meeting room, kitchen, and facilities.
Please allow for time to set up and clear away when calculating hours required for your booking.
Charges are payable within 7 days of booking your dates. All bookings are provisional until payment is made, and dates will be released if payment is not received within 7 days.
A £200 damage deposit is also payable at the time of booking.
